This recipe is one I love to fix for cook outs and pot luck dinners and once a week for a meal at home.

  • 1 pkg
    curly noodles, i love to use the tri-colored ones
  • 12 oz
    pkg. of pepperoni
  • 12 oz
    pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large
    green pepper, sliced into strips
  • 1 large
    red onion, sliced
  • 1 can(s)
    ripe pitted olives
  • 1/2 c
    mild pickled banana peppers, sliced ones
  • 1 large
    bottle italian dressing, viva italian or your favorite
  • ·
    salt to taste

How to Make Italian Pasta Salad


  1. Cook pasta. Drain and cool under cold water and drain. Add all ingredients to pasta and mix well. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours or more.
