hidden veggie ranch pasta salad
One day while grocery shopping, I saw Mueller's makes a new pasta called Hidden Veggies. States that there is a full serving of vegetables in each serving of pasta. I thought it would be great. The texture is just the same , so no issue there. I have only used it in pasta salad so far, but I bet you could make macc & cheese & sneak some veggies to picky eaters. The first time I made this, I only made half of the box of pasta. I got one spoonful of it, hubby ate the rest. This time I'm making a whole batch so I can have a "little" more than a spoonful. LOL!
