Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds potatoes, peeled, cooked, chopped
- 1 cup macaroni, cooked, drained
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 3 - green onions, finely chopped
- 3 large hard boiled eggs, peeled, chopped
- 1 cup frozen peas, defrosted
- - salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 - sweet pickles, coarsley chopped, optional
- 2 stalks celery, chopped, optional
- DRESSING:
- 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle juice
- 1 tablespoon mustard
How To Make hawaiian potato salad

Step 1In a small bowl, mix together dressing ingredients, set aside.

Step 2Place the cooked potatoes, macaroni, diced eggs, carrots, peas, green onions, in a large bowl.

Step 3Add the the dressing and gently stir to combine.
