Boil Pasta and drain well...I let my pasta drain with a damp cloth over it sitting in a larger bowl in the fridge until it dries out a little..sauce stays on it better..it gets better absorbtion

chop all vege ingredients..I use a vidalia chopper..it keeps everything in a uniform size.

clean and prepare cooked shrimp..I like the flavor of the bigger ones so I sliced them into bit size pieces

mix the relish with the mayo and pour over pasta salad..
you can use my sweet harvest pepper relish...or you can subsitute harry and davids pepper relish
