  • 1/2 PINT JAR OF SWEET HARVEST PEPPER RELISH
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

How To Make harvest pasta salad medley

  • Step 1
Boil Pasta and drain well...I let my pasta drain with a damp cloth over it sitting in a larger bowl in the fridge until it dries out a little..sauce stays on it better..it gets better absorbtion
  • Step 2
chop all vege ingredients..I use a vidalia chopper..it keeps everything in a uniform size.
  • Step 3
clean and prepare cooked shrimp..I like the flavor of the bigger ones so I sliced them into bit size pieces
  • Step 4
mix the relish with the mayo and pour over pasta salad.. you can use my sweet harvest pepper relish...or you can subsitute harry and davids pepper relish
  • Step 5
