This Chicago Restaurant of 55th St is now closed. It was famous for good food for many years and the unforgettable GREEN NOODLE dish that was one or three relishes served to you before your dinner order was ready.
Actually customers would always ask for more helpings!
Including me!
The recipe was a secret one...and many of us miss this treat.
SOOOO I have tried to recreate this dish. After a few mistakes
I think I have now come pretty close to a clone of the original taste. I like it, and I hope you do also.

Maybe you would like to add a few chopped green olives, or a little green pickle relish.
