FYI, this dish is excellent with seeded tomatoes, black olives , red, yellow, and orange bell peppers. I tend to be adventurous culinary wise where others are more reserved. I keep this in mind for pot lucks and try not to go too nuts.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup good quality ground parmesan (to taste)
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled (to taste)
  • 1 package good seasons garlic dressing (follow package direstions)
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds (to taste)
  • 1/2 cup diced celery (to taste)
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion (to taste)
  • 1/2 cup diced green pepper to taste (makes this dish in my opinion)

How To Make greek spaghetti salad

  • Step 1
    Cook spaghetti al dente. Rinse and drain well.
  • Step 2
    Lubricate with salad dressing to taste, and dust with Parmesan cheese and toss well.
  • Step 3
    Add remaining ingredients and toss again. Refrigerate overnight for flavors to mingle.
