Greek Spaghetti Salad

FYI, this dish is excellent with seeded tomatoes, black olives , red, yellow, and orange bell peppers. I tend to be adventurous culinary wise where others are more reserved. I keep this in mind for pot lucks and try not to go too nuts.

Ingredients

  •   1 lb
    spaghetti
  •   1/2 c
    good quality ground parmesan (to taste)
  •   1/2 c
    feta cheese, crumbled (to taste)
  •   1 pkg
    good seasons garlic dressing (follow package direstions)
  •   2 Tbsp
    poppy seeds (to taste)
  •   1/2 c
    diced celery (to taste)
  •   1/2 c
    diced red onion (to taste)
  •   1/2 c
    diced green pepper to taste (makes this dish in my opinion)

How To Make

  • 1
    Cook spaghetti al dente. Rinse and drain well.
  • 2
    Lubricate with salad dressing to taste, and dust with Parmesan cheese and toss well.
  • 3
    Add remaining ingredients and toss again. Refrigerate overnight for flavors to mingle.
