Simple salad that pairs well with any barbecued meat.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups uncooked rosamarina pasta (orzo), 8-ounces
  • 2 cups thinly sliced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup italian dressing
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped (3/4 cup)
  • 16 ounces garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese (2 oz)
  • 4 ounces canned sliced ripe olives, drained

How To Make greek pasta salad

  • Step 1
    Cook and drain pasta as directed on package. Rinse with cold water; drain.
  • Step 2
    Mix pasta and remaining ingredients except cheese in glass or plastic bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors but no longer than 24 hours.
