How to Make Greek Pasta Salad
- How much you use of each ingredient depends on how much you need and your own indiviual tastes.
- Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and rinse with cold water to cool. Slice salami slices into quarters. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate, overnight is best.
- Before serving add additional dressing since it always seems to be absorbed by the pasta. This recipe is easy to customize to your families taste, you can add peppers, beets, or use pepperoni instead of salami.
