greek pasta salad
(1 RATING)
I made this because I was looking for a pasta salad that my kids would eat. Since my husband's family always puts onions in theirs, and my kids and I don't like raw onions we don't get to enjoy.

How To Make greek pasta salad
-
Step 1How much you use of each ingredient depends on how much you need and your own indiviual tastes.
-
Step 2Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and rinse with cold water to cool. Slice salami slices into quarters. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate, overnight is best.
-
Step 3Before serving add additional dressing since it always seems to be absorbed by the pasta. This recipe is easy to customize to your families taste, you can add peppers, beets, or use pepperoni instead of salami.
