greek pasta salad
When I would take my father to the hospital, while he was in with the doctor he would have me run down to the cafeteria and grab us up lunch. We always had the greek pasta salad ,so this is my take on it. (This is pretty quick to throw together you're basically just slicing an onion and some peppers, everything else is open and dump in the bowl)
