greek pasta salad

When I would take my father to the hospital, while he was in with the doctor he would have me run down to the cafeteria and grab us up lunch. We always had the greek pasta salad ,so this is my take on it. (This is pretty quick to throw together you're basically just slicing an onion and some peppers, everything else is open and dump in the bowl)

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds rotini pasta , cooked according to package direction
  • - green pepper i like to use multi colored peppers, a few handfuls thinly sliced
  • 1 jar roasted red peppers, thinly sliced
  • 1 can garbonzo beans drained
  • 1 - red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 jar pitted kalamata olives
  • 1 bottle kraft greek vinagrette
  • 1 bottle kraft sun dried tomatoe dressing
  • - feta cheese chopped or crumbles
  • - 2 or 3 egg whites chopped (optional)
  • - i slice cucumbers and put cucumber slices, pepperoncini, and cherry or grape tomatoes around edge of bowl

How To Make greek pasta salad

  • Step 1
    COOK PASTA , DRAIN, RINSE, COOL.
  • Step 2
    IN A LARGE BOWL ADD PASTA, PEPPER SLICES,GARBONZO BEANS, RED ONION, OLIVES,FETA,EGG WHITES (OPTIONAL) KRAFT DRESSINGS TOSS WELL. ARRANGE CUCUMBERS, PEPPERONCINI, AND TOMATOES ALONG EDGE OF BOWL.
