I got this recipe from my sister-in-law,Lee. Everyone at the picnic wanted the recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 jar marinated artichokes
  • 1 jar pepperoncini peppers, drained
  • 1 jar pitted green olives, drained
  • 1 jar marinated mushrooms
  • 1 can pitted black olives, drained
  • 1 small ball mozzarella cheese
  • 1 box pasta of choice (i like tortellini or penne) cooked & drained
  • 1 small jar of fried red peppers
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes cut in half

How To Make easy italian pasta salad

  • Step 1
    Cook the pasta according to package directions. When cooked, drain and put in a large bowl; add remaining ingredients. Do not add the liquid from the olives or pepperoncini. Do add the liquid from the other jar ingredients. Mix together and refrigerate until ready to serve. You don't need salad dressing because the liquid from the marinated vegetables is enough to coat the pasta. When serving, place the halved tomatoes on the base of an open bowl and mound the pasta salad on top.
