Ingredients
- 1 pound mini pasta shells
- 5 - scallions chopped
- 1 cup frozen corn thawed
- 15 ounces can black beans drained
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups miracle whip
- 1/4 cup sweet baby rays golden mustard bbq sauce
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make cowboy pasta salad

Step 1Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al'dente. Rinse with cold water. Place in a large bowl. Add the scallions, black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, and cheese.

Step 2In a separate bowl mix the miracle whip, milk, BBq sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, hot sauce, brown mustard, cumin and salt and pepper. Mix well.

Step 3Pour over the macaroni mixture. Serve cold
