Unique macaroni salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pound mini pasta shells
  • 5 - scallions chopped
  • 1 cup frozen corn thawed
  • 15 ounces can black beans drained
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups miracle whip
  • 1/4 cup sweet baby rays golden mustard bbq sauce
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make cowboy pasta salad

  • Step 1
    Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al'dente. Rinse with cold water. Place in a large bowl. Add the scallions, black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, and cheese.
  • Step 2
    In a separate bowl mix the miracle whip, milk, BBq sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, hot sauce, brown mustard, cumin and salt and pepper. Mix well.
  • Step 3
    Pour over the macaroni mixture. Serve cold
