Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    mini pasta shells
  • 5
    scallions chopped
  • 1 c
    frozen corn thawed
  • 15 oz
    can black beans drained
  • 2 c
    cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 c
    shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 c
    miracle whip
  • 1/4 c
    sweet baby rays golden mustard bbq sauce
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    spicy brown mustard
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp
    hot sauce
  • 2 tsp
    cumin
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Cowboy Pasta Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al'dente. Rinse with cold water. Place in a large bowl. Add the scallions, black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, and cheese.
  2. In a separate bowl mix the miracle whip, milk, BBq sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, hot sauce, brown mustard, cumin and salt and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Pour over the macaroni mixture. Serve cold
