Ingredients

How to Make Cool Summer Pasta Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Bring water to boil; add couple drops of olive oil then add your pasta. Stir while waiting for pasta to get to right consistency. Drain into colander.
  2. Place pasta in mixing bowl and add seasonings of your choice. Add all ingredients; chicken, chopped celery, onions, & black olives. Mix together. Add 1 TBsp of olive oil, 2 TBsps Mayo, and 3/4 cup Ranch dressing. Mix well, cover, and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve in a presentable bowl of your choice.
  3. You may add chopped hard-boiled eggs.
