Chicken Pasta Salad
4 largechicken breast filets
4green onions, sliced thin
8 ozsour cream, lite
1 pkgmulti-colored spiral noodles
2 cgreen grapes
1 ccheddar cheese, shredded
3celery stalks with leaves
·salt and pepper to taste
How to Make Chicken Pasta Salad
- Fill large pot with enough water to cover chicken. Break celery in half and drop in pot. Cook until chicken is done, disregard broth & celery. When chicken is done, take out of pot and let cool to touch. Shred chicken, set aside.
- Prepare noodles according to package directions. Run cold water over noodles, let drain.
- In a large bowl, add all indgredients. Mix well, cover and refrigerator. Serve cold
