Ingredients
- 6 cups macaroni, large shells
- 2 cups chopped chicken
- 3/4 cup sliced green onion top only
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 large hard boiled eggs
- 3/4 cup shaved parmesan cheese
- 1 cup caesar ( recipes as followed)
How To Make chicken caesar pasta salad

Step 1Cook pasta according to package directions: Rinse with cold water to stop cooking process and cool quickly: drain well.Meanwhile, prepare Caesar vinaigrette. In large bowl , toss cooled pasta, vinaigrette and remaining ingredients except cheese: serve immediatley or cover and refrigate 2 hours> Before serving , sprinkle cheese.

Step 2Caesar Vinaigrette: In a small bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice, 1/2 cup of olive oil, 2 cloves garlic pressed, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper.
