  • 6 c
    macaroni, large shells
  • 2 c
    chopped chicken
  • 3/4 c
    sliced green onion top only
  • 1/4 c
    chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 large
    hard boiled eggs
  • 3/4 c
    shaved parmesan cheese
  • 1 c
    caesar ( recipes as followed)

How to Make Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad


  1. Cook pasta according to package directions: Rinse with cold water to stop cooking process and cool quickly: drain well.Meanwhile, prepare Caesar vinaigrette. In large bowl , toss cooled pasta, vinaigrette and remaining ingredients except cheese: serve immediatley or cover and refrigate 2 hours> Before serving , sprinkle cheese.
  2. Caesar Vinaigrette: In a small bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice, 1/2 cup of olive oil, 2 cloves garlic pressed, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper.
