This is so easy to make and a great crowd pleaser. I was buying a similar salad at a local grocery and I decided that I could make it myself, so this is the recipe that I came up with.

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch
    fresh broccoli
  • 1 pkg
    shredded colby jack cheese
  • 2 c
    multi colored spiral pasta
  • 1/2 c
    shredded carrots
  • 1
    red onion
  • 1 jar(s)
    marzetti original slaw dressing
  • 1/2 c
    raisins (optional)

How to Make Broccolli Pasta Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook pasta until tender and drain.
  2. Cut broccolli into small bite size pieces, cut up onion ( I usually use about a 1/3 of a small red onion).
  3. In a large bowl place pasta, broccolli, onion, carrots, cheese and raisins (if desired)and add dressing. Mix well and refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
