My sister-in-law served this salad at a family gathering, after just one taste I knew I had to have this recipe...After many years of serving this salad to my friends and family, this recipe has found its way into many new kitchens. I hope you enjoy this as much as I do!!

Ingredients

  • 1 box
    spiral pasta...rotini
  • 1
    head of cauliflower
  • 3
    carrots
  • 2
    cucumbers
  • 1
    green pepper
  • 5
    green onions
  • 4
    celery stalks
  • DRESSING

  • 1 can(s)
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 2 c
    mircle whip
  • ·
    vinegar to taste

How to Make Bonnie's Pasta Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions..while pasta is cooking, chop veggies into bite size chunks. after pasta has cooled combine veggies and pasta. set aside.
    Combine dressing ingredients adding vinegar last to get the right taste for you, (whether you like it a little more sweet or a little more tangy).
    Pour dressing over pasta/veggie and stir..
    taste great now but even better after its set overnite...refrigerate.
