I got this recipe from my husbands Aunt Bev and have tweaked it a little. Now it is the best, to me !

    elbow macaroni, cooked
  • 5
    carrots, shredded
  • 1
    cucumber, diced
  • 1 pt
    low fat mayonaise
  • 1 can(s)
    fat free sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 c
    white vinegar
  • 1 c

How to Make Best Pasta Salad


  1. Boil macaroni until tender. Drain and rinse well in cold water until cool. Put in a large bowl. (I use a 32 cup bowl)
  2. Add Shredded carrots, diced very small cucumber, and green bell pepper.
  3. Mix LF mayonaise, FF sweetened condensed milk, vinegar, and splenda. Pour over noodle mixture and stir well.
  4. Chill well before serving. Will keep at least a week in fridge.
