I got this recipe from my husbands Aunt Bev and have tweaked it a little. Now it is the best, to me !

Ingredients

  • 24 ounces elbow macaroni, cooked
  • 5 - carrots, shredded
  • 1 - cucumber, diced
  • 1 pint low fat mayonaise
  • 1 can fat free sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup splenda

How To Make best pasta salad

  • Step 1
    Boil macaroni until tender. Drain and rinse well in cold water until cool. Put in a large bowl. (I use a 32 cup bowl)
  • Step 2
    Add Shredded carrots, diced very small cucumber, and green bell pepper.
  • Step 3
    Mix LF mayonaise, FF sweetened condensed milk, vinegar, and splenda. Pour over noodle mixture and stir well.
  • Step 4
    Chill well before serving. Will keep at least a week in fridge.
