I got this recipe from my husbands Aunt Bev and have tweaked it a little. Now it is the best, to me !

Ingredients
- 24 ounces elbow macaroni, cooked
- 5 - carrots, shredded
- 1 - cucumber, diced
- 1 pint low fat mayonaise
- 1 can fat free sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup splenda
How To Make best pasta salad

Step 1Boil macaroni until tender. Drain and rinse well in cold water until cool. Put in a large bowl. (I use a 32 cup bowl)

Step 2Add Shredded carrots, diced very small cucumber, and green bell pepper.

Step 3Mix LF mayonaise, FF sweetened condensed milk, vinegar, and splenda. Pour over noodle mixture and stir well.

Step 4Chill well before serving. Will keep at least a week in fridge.
