Aunt Charlene gave me her recipe 43 years ago. I've had to change it a little since then because one of the ingredients is no longer made. I've made a couple of other tiny tweaks, too.

Ingredients
- 1 pound your favorite pasta
- 1 bell pepper, any color
- 3 - 5 stalks green onions
- 3 - 4 stalks celery
- 1 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano, grated
- 1 cup Romano cheese, grated
- 1-2 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1-2 cup creamy Italian salad dressing
How To Make aunt charlene's pasta salad

Step 1Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente.

Step 2Drain, put in a large bowl, and refrigerate.

Step 3Chop vegetables, grate cheeses, and add to pasta.

Step 4Stir in remaining ingredients and refrigerate until well chilled.
