Aunt Charlene gave me her recipe 43 years ago. I've had to change it a little since then because one of the ingredients is no longer made. I've made a couple of other tiny tweaks, too.

Ingredients For aunt charlene's pasta salad

1 lbyour favorite pasta

1bell pepper, any color

3 - 5 stalkgreen onions

3 - 4 stalkcelery

1 cParmigiano-Reggiano, grated

1 cRomano cheese, grated

1-2 TbspItalian seasoning

1-2 ccreamy Italian salad dressing
How To Make aunt charlene's pasta salad

1Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente.

2Drain, put in a large bowl, and set aside.

3Chop vegetables, grate cheeses, and add to pasta.

4Stir in remaining ingredients and refrigerate until well chilled.
