~ asian linguine salad ~ my way
One of my favorite cold pasta dishes. Add meat to make it more of a meal in itself, if you desire. This salad is great for potlucks too! Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 8 ounces linguine, cooked, drained and rinsed - cook according to package
- 5 - 6 - green onion, sliced
- 3 - baby peppers, red, yellow and orange - seeded and sliced thinly
- 1 small ripe tomato, seeded and diced
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- handful - unsalted, dry roasted nuts
- DRESSING
- 1/4 cup each - sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce
- 1 1/2 - 2 teaspoons sugar
How To Make ~ asian linguine salad ~ my way

Step 1Place cooked pasta in serving bowl, toss with veggies. Whisk, soy, vinegar, sesame oil and sugar in a small dish. Pour dressing over pasta and vegetables and toss until coated well.

Step 2When serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds and nuts. If not using right away, cover and chill. Re stir before serving.
