Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cavatappi noodles
  • 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes
  • 5-6 - artichoke hearts, canned and marinated
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons annie's naturals parmesan artichoke dressing
  • 1 dash oregano, dried
  • 1 dash garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon parmesan cheese

How To Make artichoke parmesan pasta salad

  • Step 1
    Cook cavatappi noodles as directed. While they are cooking, dice sun dried tomatoes and toss them in the boiling water for the last few minutes.
  • Step 2
    Drain noodles and tomatoes & cool down with cold water.
  • Step 3
    Cube mozzarella. Cut artichoke hearts into smaller pieces. Discard artichoke marinade liquid.
  • Step 4
    In a bowl, combine noodles, tomatoes, mozzarella, artichoke hearts, Annie's dressing, oregano, garlic salt, and parmesan cheese.
  • Step 5
    Enjoy!
