al's creamy tuna salad
This recipe was given to my husband by a friend and he made it his own with some twist...very delicious

Ingredients
- 6 ounces thin spaghetti
- 2 cans tuna in water, drained
- 1 small onion, chopped finely
- 1 medium carrots, chopped
- 1 - golden apple, peeled & chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise, light
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
How To Make al's creamy tuna salad

Step 1Boil spaghetti al dente (slightly firm to the bite), in another pan, do the same with the carrot (cut into small dices)

Step 2let cool, set aside...meanwhile in a large bowl, add chopped finely onion, as well as the finely chopped golden apple.

Step 3drain tuna well, mix in...combine all together with mayo & lime, add the spaghetti,carrots and cilantro, salt and pepper to taste... refrigerate at least an hour.. DELICIOUS
