Ingredients
- 1 box acini pasta
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 - eggs (beaten)
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 3/4 cups pineapple juice ( saved from cans of pineapple)
- 1 can 20 oz crushed pineapple
- 1 can 20 oz tidbits pineapple
- 1 - 8 oz carton cool whip
- 2 cans 11 oz mandarin oranges
- 1 small package miniature marshmallows
How To Make acini de pepe

Step 1Start one day ahead.

Step 2Combine sugar, salt, flour, juice and eggs Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick. Cool completely.

Step 3Boil, in salted water, 1 box Acini. Drain, rinse and cool. Place in large bowl, and mix with cooked mixture. Cover, and put in fridge overnight.

Step 4Day two

Step 5Add both cans drained pineapple, cool whip, oranges (not drained), and package of small marshmallows.

Step 6Mix well and chill.
