  • 1 box
    acini pasta
  • 1 c
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 3
    eggs (beaten)
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 3/4 c
    pineapple juice ( saved from cans of pineapple)
  • 1 can(s)
    20 oz crushed pineapple
  • 1 can(s)
    20 oz tidbits pineapple
  • 1
    8 oz carton cool whip
  • 2 can(s)
    11 oz mandarin oranges
  • 1 small
    package miniature marshmallows

How to Make Acini de Pepe


  1. Start one day ahead.
  2. Combine sugar, salt, flour, juice and eggs
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until
    thick. Cool completely.
  3. Boil, in salted water, 1 box Acini. Drain, rinse and cool. Place
    in large bowl, and mix with cooked mixture. Cover, and put in fridge overnight.
  4. Day two
  5. Add both cans drained pineapple, cool whip, oranges (not drained), and
    package of small marshmallows.
  6. Mix well and chill.
  7. Enjoy!
