Ingredients
- 3 - eggs, room temperature
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 cup creme fraiche (i used sour cream)
- 2 tablespoons softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons champagne vinegar
- 1 tablespoon capers, drained
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/4 cup minced celery
- 1/4 cup chopped scallions
- 1/2 cup drained and chopped, roasted red peppers
- 4 tablespoons sweet pepper relish (not the green relish you put on hot dogss)
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1 pound favorite pasta, uncooked
How To Make a yummy macaroni salad

Step 1Hard boil 3 eggs; peel, chop, and set aside.

Step 2In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream (or creme fraiche), and cream cheese, until smooth.

Step 3Add all other ingredients, except pasta.

Step 4Fold in chopped eggs and refrigerate.

Step 5Cook pasta according to pkge. directions. Drain thoroughly, but do not rinse or cool.

Step 6In a large bowl, place drained hot pasta. Add mayonnaise mixture to hot pasta and stir to combine.

Step 7Spread pasta salad onto a cookie sheet and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 2 hours. When pasta salad is cooled, spoon into a serving bowl, and serve.
