Ingredients
- 2 cups zucchini, coarsely shredded
- 2 cups cabbage, shredded
- 1 medium carrot, shredded
- 2 - green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup radishes, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup mild picante sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
How To Make zucchini coleslaw

Step 1Drain zucchini by pressing between layers of paper towels.

Step 2Place in a large bowl; add cabbage, carrot, onions and radishes.

Step 3In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.

Step 4Pour over vegetables and toss well.

Step 5Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
