My mother in law named this recipe, apparently because it has the colors of Xmas, or maybe because she served it one Xmas? Either way, yum.

    broccoli, cut into small pieces
  • 4 c
    cauliflower, cut into small pieces
  • 1 medium
    onion, chopped
  • 8
    cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 c
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1-2 Tbsp
  • 1 Tbsp
    apple cider vinegar
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Xmas Crunch Salad, Sandy's


  1. Put cut veggies in a bowl. Combine dressing ingredients in another bowl. Pour over veggies and toss well. Cover and chill in fridge 1-2 hours.
