Adapted from about.com. The recipe specifically says raw pork sausage but I would use cooked.

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch red radishes, sliced
  • 2 - carrots, sliced
  • 1/2 - cucumber, cubed
  • 4 - potatoes, cooked, peeled, cubed
  • 3 - pork sausage, sliced (recioe says raw)
  • 4 ounces emmalander cheese, cubed
  • 4 ounces greyerzer cheese, cubed
  • 4 ounces tilister cheese, cubed
  • Pepper - to taste
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons vinegar
  • 5 tablespoons oil
  • 1-2 - hard boiled eggs, sliced
  • 2 - tomatoes, sliced
  • - chives, chopped

How To Make wurstsalat

  • Step 1
    Mix vegetables, meat, cheeses in a bowl.
  • Step 2
    Mix dressing (pepper to oil), add to veggies..
  • Step 3
    Decorate with egg and tomato slices, and chives.
