Adapted from about.com. The recipe specifically says raw pork sausage but I would use cooked.

Ingredients
- 1 bunch red radishes, sliced
- 2 - carrots, sliced
- 1/2 - cucumber, cubed
- 4 - potatoes, cooked, peeled, cubed
- 3 - pork sausage, sliced (recioe says raw)
- 4 ounces emmalander cheese, cubed
- 4 ounces greyerzer cheese, cubed
- 4 ounces tilister cheese, cubed
- Pepper - to taste
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons vinegar
- 5 tablespoons oil
- 1-2 - hard boiled eggs, sliced
- 2 - tomatoes, sliced
- - chives, chopped
How To Make wurstsalat

Step 1Mix vegetables, meat, cheeses in a bowl.

Step 3Decorate with egg and tomato slices, and chives.
