Adapted from about.com. The recipe specifically says raw pork sausage but I would use cooked.

    potatoes, cooked, peeled, cubed

    pork sausage, sliced (recioe says raw)
  • 4 oz
    emmalander cheese, cubed
  • 4 oz
    greyerzer cheese, cubed
  • 4 oz
    tilister cheese, cubed
  • Pepper
    to taste
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 4 Tbsp
  • 5 Tbsp
  • 1-2
    hard boiled eggs, sliced
  • 2
    tomatoes, sliced
  • ·
    chives, chopped

How to Make Wurstsalat


  1. Mix vegetables, meat, cheeses in a bowl.
  2. Mix dressing (pepper to oil), add to veggies..
  3. Decorate with egg and tomato slices, and chives.
