1 mediumcabbage, shredded
2green peppers, cut julienne
1 dash(es)celery seed
1/8 tspgarlic powder
2 dash(es)olive oil
·salt and pepper, to taste
How to Make Woodchuck Relish
- Combine vegetables, (I chop the sour pickles in my food processor) in a mixing bowl.
In a separate small mixing bowl add garlic powder, olive oil, vinegar, pepper,& salt.
- Add oil mixture to the vegetable mixture. toss to coat the vegetables and sprinkle sugar on top.
- * I found this to be like a coleslaw with a twist from the normal.
