Ingredients
- 1 medium cabbage, shredded
- 2 - green peppers, cut julienne
- 2 - sour pickles
- 2 ounces pimentos
- 1 dash celery seed
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 dashes olive oil
- 1 dash vinegar
- - salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon sugar
How To Make woodchuck relish

Step 1Combine vegetables, (I chop the sour pickles in my food processor) in a mixing bowl. In a separate small mixing bowl add garlic powder, olive oil, vinegar, pepper,& salt.

Step 2Add oil mixture to the vegetable mixture. toss to coat the vegetables and sprinkle sugar on top.

Step 3* I found this to be like a coleslaw with a twist from the normal.
