Alright, I hate tomatoes. I've never liked them (even winced at red marinara sauces, pizza, etc). However, my mother has discovered a way to get me to eat them (raw of all ways) without wrinkling my nose and saying "ewwww, you know i hate tomatoes". Introducing, the veggie salad. Ingredients

  • 2 - cucumbers, seedless
  • 3 - tomatoes, firm
  • 10 ounces sharp cheese (i prefer extra sharp cheddar or monterey jack)
  • 1 jar marie's cole slaw dressing (or your favourite)
  • ALTERNATIVE

How To Make veggie salad

  • Step 1
    Cut cucumbers, tomatoes and cheese into small bite-size pieces (cube cheese).
  • Step 2
