Alright, I hate tomatoes. I've never liked them (even winced at red marinara sauces, pizza, etc). However, my mother has discovered a way to get me to eat them (raw of all ways) without wrinkling my nose and saying "ewwww, you know i hate tomatoes". Introducing, the veggie salad. - 2 - cucumbers, seedless
- 3 - tomatoes, firm
- 10 ounces sharp cheese (i prefer extra sharp cheddar or monterey jack)
- 1 jar marie's cole slaw dressing (or your favourite)

How To Make veggie salad

Step 1Cut cucumbers, tomatoes and cheese into small bite-size pieces (cube cheese).
