Ingredients
- 1 can (15oz) white corn, drained
- 1 can (15oz) french style green beans, drained
- 1 can (15oz) peas, drained
- 1 jar (2oz) pimentos, drained
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 - red or yellow bell pepper, chopped
- MARINADE
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 1/3 cup olive oil
How To Make vegetable salad

Step 1Mix all vegetables in a bowl.

Step 2Bring sugar, vinegar, and olive oil to a boil until sugar dissolves. Let cool.

Step 3Pour cooled mixture over the vegetables. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
