One of my favorite and easy salads.

  • 1 can(s)
    (15oz) white corn, drained
  • 1 can(s)
    (15oz) french style green beans, drained
  • 1 can(s)
    (15oz) peas, drained
  • 1 jar(s)
    (2oz) pimentos, drained
  • 1 c
    celery, chopped
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 1
    red or yellow bell pepper, chopped

  • 2/3 c
  • 1/3 c
    white vinegar
  • 1/3 c
    olive oil

How to Make Vegetable Salad


  1. Mix all vegetables in a bowl.
  2. Bring sugar, vinegar, and olive oil to a boil until sugar dissolves. Let cool.
  3. Pour cooled mixture over the vegetables. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
