One of my favorite and easy salads.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15oz) white corn, drained
  • 1 can (15oz) french style green beans, drained
  • 1 can (15oz) peas, drained
  • 1 jar (2oz) pimentos, drained
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 1 - red or yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • MARINADE
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup white vinegar
  • 1/3 cup olive oil

How To Make vegetable salad

  • Step 1
    Mix all vegetables in a bowl.
  • Step 2
    Bring sugar, vinegar, and olive oil to a boil until sugar dissolves. Let cool.
  • Step 3
    Pour cooled mixture over the vegetables. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
