Ingredients

  • SALAD

  • 1 can(s)
    french style beans, drained
  • 1 can(s)
    small english peas, drained
  • 1
    bell pepper, cut in strips
  • 1 jar(s)
    chopped pimento, drained
  • 1 large
    onion, chopped
  • 2
    ribs of celery, chopped
  • DRESSING

  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
    paprika
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    oil
  • 1 c
    white vinegar
  • 1 clove
    garlic, cut lengthwise

How to Make Vegetable Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Salad Directions: Place all ingredients in large bowl.
  2. Dressing Directions: Combine all ingredients in jar.
  3. Cover and shake to dissolve sugar.
  4. Pour over salad.
  5. Refrigerate overnight.
  6. Remove garlic and drain vegetables before serving.
  7. Serve cold. Garlic may be removed if desired.
