Ingredients

SALAD

1 can(s)
french style beans, drained
1 can(s)
small english peas, drained
1
bell pepper, cut in strips
1 jar(s)
chopped pimento, drained
1 large
onion, chopped
2
ribs of celery, chopped

DRESSING

1 c
sugar
1/4 tsp
paprika
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 c
oil
1 c
white vinegar
1 clove
garlic, cut lengthwise

How to Make Vegetable Salad

Step-by-Step

  • 1Salad Directions: Place all ingredients in large bowl.
  • 2Dressing Directions: Combine all ingredients in jar.
  • 3Cover and shake to dissolve sugar.
  • 4Pour over salad.
  • 5Refrigerate overnight.
  • 6Remove garlic and drain vegetables before serving.
  • 7Serve cold. Garlic may be removed if desired.
