I love coleslaw,awhile back,I found this recipe online and added other vegetables to fit my families tastes.

Ingredients

  • - 4 cups green cabbage, finely shredded
  • - 1 c radishes,sliced like matchsticks
  • - 4 green onions,sliced thin
  • - 1/4 c cilantro,chopped
  • - 1/4 c red cabbage,finely shredded
  • - 1/4 c carrots,finely shredded
  • - 1 jalapeño,minced (seeds removed )
  • - juice of 1 lemon
  • - 1 tablespoon oil
  • - 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • - 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

How To Make vegetable coleslaw

  • Step 1
    Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl. Toss with tongs, then taste for salt. Cover and chill for 1 hour before serving. For even better flavor, chill overnight.
