I love coleslaw,awhile back,I found this recipe online and added other vegetables to fit my families tastes.

Ingredients
- - 4 cups green cabbage, finely shredded
- - 1 c radishes,sliced like matchsticks
- - 4 green onions,sliced thin
- - 1/4 c cilantro,chopped
- - 1/4 c red cabbage,finely shredded
- - 1/4 c carrots,finely shredded
- - 1 jalapeño,minced (seeds removed )
- - juice of 1 lemon
- - 1 tablespoon oil
- - 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- - 1/2 teaspoon salt
- - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make vegetable coleslaw

Step 1Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl. Toss with tongs, then taste for salt. Cover and chill for 1 hour before serving. For even better flavor, chill overnight.
