Ingredients
- 1/2 cup safeway select basil ranch dressing
- 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, divided
- 15 ounces can red or pink salmon
- 15 ounces can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 medium red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- - romaine lettuce leaves, torn into bite-size pieces
- - croutons (opt.)
How To Make tuscan salmon salad

Step 1Mix dressing, mustard, horseradish and 1 tbsp parsley; set aside.

Step 2Flake salmon in a bowl, toss with beans, celery, red bell pepper, onion, olives and the other 2 tbsp parsley.

Step 3Mix in about 3 tbsp of dressing mixture to moisten.

Step 4Serve over romaine lettuce in individual bowls with croutons and leftover dressing mixture.
