turkey salad
This was my lunch at the same bazaar I had Butterfinger Bark for dessert. I am so used to my Aunt's Chicken Salad recipe that I doctor up to my taste, I was very surprised to enjoy the turkey salad so much. It was all white meat, so needed quite a lot of mayo to stay moistened...and I personally wanted more crunch, like some chopped up pecans? :)

- turkey, chopped up finely
- chopped celery
- chopped onion
- chopped green grapes
- mayo
- lettuce for serving or
- hamburger buns for serving
