Ingredients For tuna steak with cucumber noodle salad

  • DRESSING
  • 3 Tbsp
    lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp
    chili garlic sauce
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • SALAD
  • 1/2 c
    fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2
    English cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2
    yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 md
    red onion, small diced
  • 8 oz
    rice noodles
  • TUNA
  • 4 sm
    tuna steaks
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

How To Make tuna steak with cucumber noodle salad

    Mix the ingredients for the dressing and set aside.

    Cook the noodles and drain. Rinse with cold water.

    Season the tuna with salt and pepper. Add oil to a pan and sear on both sides for 2 minutes each then slice.

    Build the salad with noodles first. Top with veggies. Then drizzle the dressing over top and then top with sliced tuna.
