2 Tbsprice vinegar

2 Tbspgranulated sugar

1 tspchili garlic sauce

1/4 colive oil

1/2 cfresh cilantro, chopped

1/2English cucumber, sliced

1/2yellow bell pepper, chopped

1/4 mdred onion, small diced

8 ozrice noodles
- TUNA

4 smtuna steaks

olive oil

How To Make tuna steak with cucumber noodle salad

1Mix the ingredients for the dressing and set aside.

2Cook the noodles and drain. Rinse with cold water.

3Season the tuna with salt and pepper. Add oil to a pan and sear on both sides for 2 minutes each then slice.

4Build the salad with noodles first. Top with veggies. Then drizzle the dressing over top and then top with sliced tuna.
