Ingredients
- DRESSING
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper
- SALAD
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 English cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 medium red onion, small diced
- 8 ounces rice noodles
- TUNA
- 4 small tuna steaks
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
How To Make tuna steak with cucumber noodle salad

Step 1Mix the ingredients for the dressing and set aside.

Step 2Cook the noodles and drain. Rinse with cold water.

Step 3Season the tuna with salt and pepper. Add oil to a pan and sear on both sides for 2 minutes each then slice.

Step 4Build the salad with noodles first. Top with veggies. Then drizzle the dressing over top and then top with sliced tuna.
