    pineapple chuncks (20 oz)
  • 1 can(s)
    mandarin oranges
  • 1
    firm banana
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 c
    raisins (optional)
  • 8 oz
    pineapple yogurt
  • 3 c
    coleslaw mix

How to Make Tropical Coleslaw


  1. Drain pineapple chuncks, reserve 2 T juice and mix with 1 T lemon juice and the sliced banana. Mix coleslaw, orange, pineapple. Add banana & juices alon with yogurt and toss. Sprinkle with coconut and chill.
