My mother-in-law has always made this. So I tried making it for the first time last year. Not only is it easy, but everyone loves it.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium coleslaw or make your own (which i've done)
  • 2 packages top ramen (i use oriental)
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup almonds, slivered
  • 1/4 cup shelled raw sunflower seeds
  • DRESSING INGREDIENTS BELOW
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar (i have also used rice vinegar)
  • 2 packages top ramen seasoning packets

How To Make top ramen salad aka asian coleslaw

  • Step 1
    Crunch uncooked ramen noodles in a large bowl. Add all the nuts and cole slaw mixture. Mix well
  • Step 2
    Next make your dressing and store in an airtight container.
  • Step 3
    I add the dressing about an hour before I serve the salad so it doesn't get soggy.
