top ramen salad aka asian coleslaw
My mother-in-law has always made this. So I tried making it for the first time last year. Not only is it easy, but everyone loves it.

Ingredients
- 1 medium coleslaw or make your own (which i've done)
- 2 packages top ramen (i use oriental)
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 1/2 cup almonds, slivered
- 1/4 cup shelled raw sunflower seeds
- DRESSING INGREDIENTS BELOW
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar (i have also used rice vinegar)
- 2 packages top ramen seasoning packets
How To Make top ramen salad aka asian coleslaw

Step 1Crunch uncooked ramen noodles in a large bowl. Add all the nuts and cole slaw mixture. Mix well

Step 2Next make your dressing and store in an airtight container.

Step 3I add the dressing about an hour before I serve the salad so it doesn't get soggy.
