How To Make tomato salad
-
Step 1Bring a pot of water to boil. Drop in tomatoes. Leave 30 seconds then immerse in cold water to peel skins off.
-
Step 2Trim out the tomato core and using a spoon or melon scoop, scoop out interior. (I freeze it for later to add to soup.)
-
Step 3Turn upside down to drain out juice. Mix rest of ingredients in a bowl.
-
Step 4Put lettuce leaf into your salad bowl or dish or plate. Put tomato on top. Fill with salad. Serves 4
