Many regions in the world have their own dishes such as salads, soups, etc. Many times the main ingredients are the same but for say a salad, the dressing is different. This salad is Japanese in origin. And it is good.

Ingredients
- 500 grams cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 - small onion, thinly sliced, think mandolin
- 1/2-1 - green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 6 - shiso leaves chopped, or basil or coriander
How To Make tomato & onion salad

Step 1In a large mixing bowl, mix together the oil, soy sauce, and rice vinegar.

Step 2Prep the tomatoes, onion, and bell pepper, and add to the mixing bowl.

Step 3Toss with the dressing. Sprinkle on the shiso or basil or coriander, serve.
