This is a colorful, easy, and very good tasting simple salad to accompany most any dish.

  • 8 oz
    package pearl mozzerella balls
  • 1
    container cherub or grape tomatoes
  • ·
    frest basil

  • 6 Tbsp
    extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    red wine vinegar
  • 3/4 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
  • ·
    black pepper to taste

How to Make Tomato, mozzerella, basil salad


  1. cut tomatoes in half. mix cheese, tomatoes and snipped basil (however much you prefer)
  2. In small bowl, mix dressing ingredents together, wisk and pour over tomato mixture.
