  • 1 c
    light mayo
  • 1/2 lb
    bacon (can be turkey bacon)
  • 1 pkg
    tiny tomatoes halved
  • 2
    medium cucumbers sliced
  • 1 pinch
    sugar added to mayo (optional)
  • 1/2
    vidalia or other sweet onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp
    white wine vinegar (optional)

How to Make Tomato Cucumber Salad


  1. Cook bacon. While doing this, slice tomatoes, onion and cucumbers.
  2. Drain bacon and break into small pieces.
  3. In medium bowl, add tomatoes, onion, cucumbers.
  4. Mix in mayo (and sugar and white wine vinegar if desired) to taste. Refrigerate.
