Ingredients
- 4-6 - large plum tomatoes
- 1 - large cucumber, peeled and seeded
- 3 - scallions (green onions)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
How To Make tomato cucumber salad

Step 1slice the cucumber into half moons or dice it up into small pieces and the add the salt to them. toss and let sit 10 mins. They will "sweat", KEEP THIS WATER!!!

Step 2Dice up the tomatoes and add to the cucumber bowl.

Step 3dice up the scallions and add to the bowl.

Step 4Add the olive oil and toss.

Step 5At this point you can add whatever else you'd like. Garlic powder, oregano, rosemary, thyme, dill... get the idea? =D
