Another recipe from my years stationed in Germany - this is a quick way to use your fresh summer tomatoes or those wonderful cherub cherry tomatoes.

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons "brown and spicy" mustard
- 2 tablespoons cider or red wine vinegar
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 3 medium tomatoes, halved and sliced (or use halved cherry tomatoes)
How To Make tomatensalat - tomato salad

Step 1In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper.

Step 2Add tomatoes; stir to mix. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
