Ingredients
- 1 package firm tofu, drained and cubed
- 1 can salmon or tuna, drained and flaked
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 package bean sprouts or alfafa sprouts
- 1 bunch watercress, cut in 1-1/2" pieces
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil, optional
How To Make tofu salad

Step 1Layer ingredients in a pan in the following order: tofu, salmon, tomato, onion, sprouts, watercress and 1/4 cup green onions.

Step 2In a small saucepan, combine salad oil, garlic, soy sauce and sesame oil and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cool. Add remaining green onions and pour dressing over tofu mixture before serving. Toss well.
