There is nothing like the fresh veggies from the gardens the colors are vibrant. The dark green of the beans, the bright yellow of the corn the orange of the carrots and the cool green of the cabbage and all mixed together it tastes great.

- 3 pounds fresh green beans
- 2 small ears of corn
- 1 bag coleslaw mix
- 1 small onion
- 1 cup ranch dressing
How To Make the colors of summer salad

Step 1Wash, slice,and blanch green beans.

Step 2Cut the corn from 2 ears cooked corn.

Step 3Slice the onion thinly

Step 4In a large bowl pour bag of coleslaw mix add green beans, corn, and sliced onions.

Step 5Mix together add ranch dressing. Mix well. Refrigerate and serve.
