Texas Caviar,My Version

This is a simple delicious dish I've been making for many years.I don't remember where the recipe came from. I serve it with tortillas chips as a dip or as a salad. I thought I would share it here.

    1/2 onion, minced
    2 med. tomatoes,minced 7 drained
    1/2 c cilantro, minced
    1 green bell pepper, minced
    4 green onions, minced
    2 cans (14 oz) black eye peas, drained
    8 oz kraft zesty italian dressing
    1 jalapeno, minced

How To Make

    Add all ingredients in a large bowl, mix well.Chill several hours or overnight.
