Taco Summer Salad

1 largehead of iceberg lettuce (or whatever other kind of lettuce you prefer)
1 or 2 largetomatoes, diced
1 or 2 largediced, green onions
1 can(s)drained, ranch style beans
1 pkgcrushed, restaurant style corn chips
1 bottleeither ranch or creamy italian dressing(add to each person serving to keep from wilting the lettuce)
1 smallpackage of shredded cheese of choice.
How to Make Taco Summer Salad
- In a 13x9x2 dish, for the first layer, shred the lettuce & place in dish.
- Layer on the diced tomatoes, the diced green onions, the drained beans, crushed chips & then the shredded cheese(opt.)Let each person add their dressing of choice to their serving. This is extrememly delightful in the summer months as no cooking is involved !!!!
