I got this recipe from a good friend of mine. I have made it a million times for various family get-togethers. It is very easy to make and is the type of salad where you just have to go back for 2nds or even 3rds !! I really love making it for supper in the hot summer months as no cooking is involved!

Depends how much you make.
Ingredients
- 1 large head of iceberg lettuce (or whatever other kind of lettuce you prefer)
- 1 or 2 large tomatoes, diced
- 1 or 2 large diced, green onions
- 1 can drained, ranch style beans
- 1 package crushed, restaurant style corn chips
- 1 bottle either ranch or creamy italian dressing(add to each person serving to keep from wilting the lettuce)
- 1 small package of shredded cheese of choice.
How To Make taco summer salad

Step 1In a 13x9x2 dish, for the first layer, shred the lettuce & place in dish.

Step 2Layer on the diced tomatoes, the diced green onions, the drained beans, crushed chips & then the shredded cheese(opt.)Let each person add their dressing of choice to their serving. This is extrememly delightful in the summer months as no cooking is involved !!!!
