tabouli salad
Tabouli is one of my favorites and this is just another version of it. I happened to have garlic infused olive oil that's very intense, so skipped the actual garlic. Suit yourself!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup medium bulgar wheat
- 1 cup tomato, chopped
- 1 cup green onion, sliced
- 3/4 cup flat leaf parsley, chopped
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/3 cup olive oil (garlic infused if possible)
- 2-3 cloves garlic, optional
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make tabouli salad

Step 1Rinse burger. Cover with boiling water and let sit for 30 minutes. Drain well.

Step 2Mix all other ingredients in bowl, add burger. Let sit at room temperature for a half hour or so before serving.
