    cucumber, peeled and cubed
  • 1 medium
    tomato, chopped
  • 1 large
    onion, chopped
  • 1 large
    bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 c
    white vinegar
  • 2/3 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper

How to Make Sweet & Sour Cukes

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large bowl, toss the vegetables together. Add the remaining ingredient. Stir well. Refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes. Stirring again before serving. The salad keeps well for a couple of days.
