- 6 cups cabbage, finely shredded
- 1/2 - green pepper, julienned
- 4 - green onions and tops, sliced thin
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 2 - carrots, coarsely grated
- 1/2 - cucumber, pared and chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 cup radish, thinly sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3/4 cup oil
- 3/4 cup white vinegar
- 3/4 cup ice water
